Course ATTENDANCE POLICIES

This policy outlines the procedures for cancellations and no-shows for all CPR courses.

Cancellations:

Early Cancellations: Cancellations made 3 days or more before the course start date will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule, free of charge.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start date may result in forfeiture of the course fee.

No-Shows:

The definition of "no-show" is defined as a student who does not attend their scheduled CPR course without prior notification or cancellation.
Consequences: No-shows will forfeit their course fee and will not be eligible for a refund.
Exceptions: Exceptions to the no-show policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for documented emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

Rescheduling:
